Celebrating the meaning of MARRIAGE
"Neither man nor woman is perfect or complete without the other. Thus, no marriage or family, no ward or stake is likely to reach its full potential until husbands and wives, mothers and fathers, men and women work together in unity of purpose, respecting and relying upon each other's strengths." - Sheri L. Dew.
@melindabam & @mel__madsenorganized such a special event that celebrated the meaning of MARRIAGE.
It was a day so special that it’s hard to put into words. Me and hubby are truly thankful and feel blessed to be surrounded by people that loves Jesus Christ abundantly and believes in the sacredness of Marriage by putting God first. Building a marriage on the oness of a covenant that is based on a foundation of faith, prayer, love, mutual admiration, respect, grace, passion and purpose is so powerful.
What a amazing honour it was to capture this event.
📷 To my hubby, thank you for all your love and support and for always making me feel so loved and special. You are a wonderful man sent to me from above. I couldn’t ask for a better husband. Thank you Jesus.

Marriage isn’t only about how crazy in love you are through the good times, but how strongly committed you are through the bad times.

The privilege of my marriage is that I get to choose to pursue my wife every day. In fact, I would choose her in a hundred lifetimes, in a thousand worlds, in any version of reality, I would find her and I would choose her. STEVEN
Our marriage is characterized by choosing to fight FOR each other and not with each other! Quick to forgive. Quick to say sorry. And laughing ALOT!
Alvin & Riette:
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV - 14 years ago we celebrated our love and embarked on an adventure we could not foresee, today we still celebrate our love and the adventures we go on daily.

What a Godly covenant to celebrate! We celebrate it so fully because we know that we didn't choose "us", He chose "us"... And for a grand purpose!Having a marriage built on love, honor and unity is our firm foundation. To love unconditionally, intentionally, spontaneously and lavishly;Honoring the image of God & the calling in one another;Bound in perfect unity, always working to manifest God's Glory!
The more we celebrate, love and honor our union, the more we've seen Gods kingdom established in and through our marriage! What a divine calling!
