Three horses grazing in a foggy field at sunrise, separated from a dirt road by a wooden fence.
A Social Media manager smiling, holding a pink pen, with a notebook in front of her. On the table are a pair of glasses, a smartphone, a small decorative object, and a closed laptop.

I used to think, “This is just a side hustle.”
But somewhere along the way, something shifted.

I started this business in the corner of our house, during baby nap times, with no website, no big plan, and nothing but a tiny spark of belief that I could help other women, and Mommies, show up online with confidence.

At the time:

  • My Instagram had one post

  • I had zero followers

  • And I was juggling client work with motherhood, posting whenever I remembered and hoping it would all make sense someday.

There were days when I wanted to quit — to close the laptop, step back, and forget the whole thing.

But then I started working with brands and founders who had REAL heart
Real purpose,
Real stories worth sharing.

Suddenly, it no longer felt like “just social media” anymore.
It felt meaningful,
It felt impactful,
It felt like I was helping someone make a digital difference.

And that’s when Your Social Curator was born.

Over time, I learned one lesson that changed everything:

Showing up with purpose beats showing up perfectly — every single time.

And now? That’s exactly what I help my clients do, too.

A Social media Manager sitting on a brown leather couch working on a laptop with a pink pen and a smartphone nearby, and a notebook and a children's book on the person's lap. There is a colorful rug with a wheel and truck design on the floor.

And I did not do any of the things people are constantly saying you should do:

  • No fancy tech.
    (I still don’t have it.)

  • No website or email list at the beginning.
(I sold most of my offers without either.)

  • No posting 24/7.
    (Because family time = burnout.)

  • No complicated launches with paid ads or 15-step funnels.
(No one really has time for that, anyway?)

What truly transformed my business was slowing down, keeping things simple, and creating content that genuinely sounds like… ME!

That’s the same approach that I use with my clients today: clear, human, and honest. Because when your content reflects who you truly are, the right people always find you.
